Abstract

The presented LECTURE NOTES has been developed in response to the periodical requests to deliver the course on the subject of AIRCRAFT ENGINES. This coarse manual is deemed useful for those who need the basics on the AIRCRAFT ENGINES knowledge. Being a sketch the summary comprises fragments of the total lectures according to the plan. In correspondence to the requirements the text of the lectures can be rearranged, modified, adjusted, renewed, and enlarged to cater for needs of the customers. Some portions of the text are deliberately omitted in the electronic publication. Moreover, the LECTURE NOTES are envisaged to be contributed to the NAU Electronic Repository fragment by fragment (chapter by chapter in some shortening).
