Abstract
У статті виконаний аналіз історико-культурної спадщини с. Германівка, встановлено авторство архітектора В.М.Ніколаєва в контексті дослідження особливостей творчого почерку зодчого. Розглянуті загальні концепції стилів, які використовував В.М.Ніколаєв.
The analysis of historical and cultural heritage of the village Hermanivka was made, architect V.M.Nikolayev have been attributed in the context of the study of his creative features. The general concept of styles that V.M.Nikolayev used were considered.
