    Un formalismo basato sull'entropia soggettiva applicata alle funzioni opzionali di misura del supporto all'aeronavigabilità dell'aeromobile

    Questo articolo continua lo studio teorico incentrato sul paradigma dell'entropia soggettiva. L'approccio proposto coinvolge l'entropia soggettiva poiché l'entropia ha le applicazioni spiegabili nel campo dell'incertezza del processo decisionale. La ricerca presentata si occupa delle funzioni delle misure di supporto all'aeronavigabilità dell'aeromobile basate sulla soluzione ottimale delle due funzioni opzionali di efficacia obiettivo funzionale contenente la misura dell'incertezza nella vista delle opzioni disponibili funzioni di preferenza entropia. L'entropia soggettiva, come misura dell'incertezza delle preferenze degli individui, è stabilita dalla situazione multi-alternativa. L'ottimizzazione condizionale delle opzioni preferenze funzioni entropia viene eseguita al soddisfacimento delle condizioni di esistenza estreme necessarie. La soluzione si ottiene nell'ambito del problema variazionale più semplice.

    Dilemme de l'optimisation extensive ou intensive des options en matière de gestion du transport aérien dans l'incertitude : considérations théoriques

    L'article est consacré à la description des concepts théoriques de l'analyse subjective ou de la théorie des préférences subjectives des individus. La pierre angulaire de la théorie de l'analyse subjective, le principe du maximum d'entropie subjective, est utilisée pour la formulation du dilemme des options d'optimisation extensive versus intensive en ce qui concerne la gestion du transport aérien dans l'incertitude. L'appareil mathématique suit le principe bien connu de Jaynes du maximum d'entropie. Стаття присвячена опису теоретичних концепцій суб'єктивного аналізу або теорії суб'єктивних індивідуальних переваг. Наріжний камінь теорії суб’єктивного аналізу, принцип максимуму суб’єктивної ентропії, використовується для формулювання дилеми оптимізації екстенсивних на противагу інтенсивним опціям щодо управління повітряними перевезеннями в умовах невизначеності. Математичний апарат відповідає відомому принципу Джейнса максимуму ентропії.

    Simulación numérica para la gestión del transporte aéreo, información dinámica y alternativas de comunicación preferencias, entropía optimalidad condicional

    En el trabajo presentado se muestran los resultados de las experimentaciones computacionales encaminadas a descubrir algunos valores extremos del funcional objetivo generalizado de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación. El funcional integral contiene las preferencias de las funciones de eficacia de alternativas de tecnología. La multiplicidad de alternativas de la situación operacional de la gestión del transporte aéreo se tiene en cuenta con la medida de la incertidumbre de la situación operacional generalizada de la gestión del transporte aéreo. Esta medida es la entropía de las preferencias alternativas alcanzables. Se considera el conjunto de dos alternativas alcanzables para la gestión individual. El conjunto se trata como un conjunto de alternativas disponibles. De hecho, el problema está relacionado con el caso en el que existen funciones de preferencias que se ocupan de las opciones. Implica las características del objeto cibernético del sistema inteligente. El problema más simple de cálculo de variaciones trata con una combinación específica de los parámetros de las funciones de efectividad controlada. Los antecedentes teóricos del análisis subjetivo se utilizan para la formulación y solución del problema. La analogía es el principio de Jaynes. Se obtienen un par de soluciones basadas en el sistema de las ecuaciones de Euler-Lagrange. Las soluciones encontradas optimizan los esfuerzos de gestión.

    Ein besonderer Fall von dynamischer Informationsunterstützung und Präferenzen entropiebedingter Optimierung für das Luftverkehrsmanagement: Theoretischer Aspekt

    In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird eine Vorstellung von den generalisierten Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie-Alternativen Effektivitätsfunktionen Präferenzen betrachtet. Die Aufmerksamkeit wird auf die multi-alternative Situation konzentriert. Die Problemstellung setzt die Berücksichtigung des Maßes der operationellen generalisierten Luftverkehrsmanagement-Situationsunsicherheit voraus. Dieses Maß ist die Entropie der erreichbaren Alternativenpräferenzen. Es wird als die Menge von zwei angesehen, die für die Verwaltung einzelner Alternativen erreichbar ist. Das Set wird als Set mit verfügbaren Alternativen behandelt. Tatsächlich hängt das Problem mit dem Fall zusammen, in dem es Präferenzfunktionen gibt, die sich mit den Auswahlmöglichkeiten befassen. Es impliziert die Eigenschaften des Cyberobjekts des intelligenten Systems. Das einfachste Variationsrechnungsproblem beschäftigt sich mit einer bestimmten Kombination der Parameter der kontrollierten Effektivitätsfunktionen. Für die Problemformulierung und -lösung wird der theoretische Hintergrund der subjektiven Analyse genutzt. Die Analogie ist das Jaynes-Prinzip. Basierend auf dem System der Euler-Lagrange-Gleichungen werden einige Lösungen erhalten. Die gefundenen Lösungen optimieren den Verwaltungsaufwand.

    Application of the described approach allows formulating and solving the main problems of the transport system management optimization, including conflict management, in conditions of available alternatives preferences uncertainty. These are the problems of the conflicts forecasting, diagnostics, the conflicts induction and damping, control of transitions from one kind into another, required resources assessment for control of conflicts.

    Anwendung einer Multialternativitäts-Entropie auf ein modernes Problem der Ukraine-Landwirtschaft für den Landhandel

    Der wichtige Aspekt der Herausforderung des Landhandels in der Ukraine wird als einer der entscheidenden für die ökologische und sozialökonomische stetige Entwicklung unter den Bedingungen der heutigen Zeit angesehen. Theoretisches Modell wird im Rahmen des bedingten Optimierungsansatzes der Präferenzfunktionen Entropie entwickelt. Die notwendige Simulation wird unter Verwendung der erhaltenen Extremale für die subjektiven Präferenzfunktionen der Individuen durchgeführt. Insgesamt eröffnet dieser erste Versuch, den Landhandelsmarkt mit Hilfe des Entropieparadigmas zu modellieren, Möglichkeiten für eine weitergehende Forschung.

    Ocean heat transport simulation model based upon the doctrine of the conditional optimization of the hybrid functions entropy

    The important aspect of the ocean heat transport is considered as being the one of the crucial for the ecological and social-economical steady development in conditions of the contemporary climate change. Theoretical model is developed in the framework of the specific hybrid functions entropy conditional optimization doctrine. The conducted simulation with the first derivative of the obtained extremal for the parameter (free) function gave a result close to the presented in the background literature. The derivative, therefore, could be interpreted for the presented investigations as the ocean heat transport with respect to the latitude. Necessary diagrams are plotted. Numerical acceptable data are adjusted to highlight the plausibility of the proposed approach. As a whole, the attempt opens the possibilities for a more elaborate research.

    Mankiw–Romer–Weil model application to the world SARS COVID-19 pandemic airworthiness support business prospective evaluation

    Application of the modified Mankiw–Romer–Weil macroeconomics model with the production function is of Cobb–Douglas type is proposed as an attempt for the prospective evaluation, on the example of the airworthiness support business. The assessments are even more actual for the hard pandemic period of SARS COVID-19. The important economic sectors coefficients are modeled as preferences functions of the entropy paradigm. The paper was prepared as a report to the regular every second year International Conference (the Fifteenth International Scientific Conference “AVIA-2021”, which was held at the National Aviation University on April 20-22, 2021). The presented version of the theoretical developments contains main ideas. Some illustrative example simulated with the help of the explained specific recursive procedure is show. A couple of necessary diagrams as a result of the calculation experimentation are plotted.

Psychological aspects of “War and Peace” issues are based upon the so called “Entropy Conflict Theory”.

    Social Aspects and Subjective Entropy Paradigm Application to the Problems of Light and Shadow Economy

    In this publication the subjective entropy paradigm as a tool of an active system control is discussed. Most of the problems having been dealt with in this area are connected with the human psychological and sociological factors influences. Optimal decision making in two-component light and shadow economical circumstances is described. It is shown a possibility of the light and shadow economic “Divisor’s” model “derivation”, with the help of a variational principle which takes into account psychological-sociological components of the light-shadow economy players. The presence of “saddle points” in such two-component economic game allows the players: “Firm”, “State”, and “Racketeer”, to build their own policy to achieve a parity state. The individuals’ subjective preferences are not introduced in the Luce’s axiomatic style of the probability of choice; instead the explicit expressions for the preferences of alternatives are obtained in the theorem manner based upon the postulate of the subjective entropy conditional optimization. Such approach, in the framework of subjective analysis of active systems implementing subjective entropy maximum principle, is quite a provable break through in the social sciences understanding, explanation, and substantiation of the human behavior expediency. The developed theory application example is performed for the light-shadow economy.

    A Recursive Model of a Quasi-Isolated Elementary Social System Dynamics

    This paper explains and demonstrates how to use a recursive model to simulate a development of a dynamical situation for the simplest social system formed with just two subjects having the same two alternatives. The recursive model for the subjects and ratings preferences is built on the basis of subjective entropy maximum principle. The system subjects interact at the expense of the retrospective information exchange.
