З цього визначення випливає, що ризик є двовимірним параметром, який характеризується ймовірністю (частотою) виникнення та важкістю наслідків від реалізації небезпечного фактору, який його спровокував. Поняття «ризику» напряму пов’язане з поняттям «загрози» або «небезпеки». У цивільній авіації під небезпекою розуміється такий стан, при якому фактори ризику, що пов’язані безпосередньо з авіаційною діяльністю, перебувають на прийнятному рівні та підтримуються на цьому рівні. According to ICAO, biosecurity is part of this component. As practice shows, preparedness for non-standard situations that require an integrated approach for successful resolution, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, ensures rapid response, analysis, solution and further prevention of biosecurity emergencies. Therefore, we propose mechanisms for implementing a biosecurity emergency management system in Ukrainian aviation based on the experience of Australian biosecurity colleagues.Item Methodologies for treat identification and risk management in the flight safety management systems(National Aviation University, 2023-04-19) Bondik, Oleksandr Sergiyovich; Бондік, Олександр СергійовичAccording to the flight safety statistics, in the last 20 years, approximately 85% of aviation accidents have been caused by “human error.” The key element of risk decision-making is determining if the risk is justified. The risks involved with flying are quite different from those experienced in daily activities. Managing these risks requires a conscious effort and established standards (or a max risk threshold). The goal is to reduce the general aviation accident rate involving poor risk management
