Undoubtedly, the measures of procedural coercion in the civil procedural law of Ukraine are of important theoretical and practical importance, because coercion is one of the methods of maintaining organization and order in society. Procedural coercion is a kind of civil procedural liability of any of the participants in the process for non-fulfillment of their procedural duties. The purpose of this study is to analyze the procedural legislation relating to measures of procedural coercion, as well as comparison with the criminal and administrative process. Compliance with the rules of conduct both in civil proceedings and in criminal and administrative proceedings can be achieved through measures of procedural coercion. The use of procedural coercion during civil proceedings is quite common, as it is used to ensure strict adherence to the rules of civil procedure by all participants.

Legal Regulation of Space Tourism: Issues and Prospects.
(National Aviation University, 2022-04) Shuba, Daniil; Hirii, Oryna; Шуба, Даніїл; Гирій, Орина
In the modern period Space tourism is a narrow segment of the space industry the aim of which is to give the ability for tourists to become astronauts and experience space travel for recreational, leisure, or business purposes [1]. In our opinion, this is a promising and very popular development for the international tourism industry. Soon, according to public opinion polls, many people have a great desire to fly into space. As noted by several researchers from the European Space Agency, space tourism is space or suborbital flights for entertainment or research purposes, at private expense. However, the emergence of demand for space travel, the active development of space vehicles and space temporary accommodation for travellers (hotels), and the emergence of commercial enterprises and travel agencies in space tourism - all lead to the rapid emergence and development of legal regulation of private space flights.

After significant changes in almost every sphere of activity of Ukrainian citizens, since 2014 the government has implemented certain reforms. One of these was judicial reform, which in turn ledto the adoption of new regulations and amendments to the current ones. Such reform has also affectedcivil procedure relations and their regulation. The first novelty in the field of civil law is the amendment of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine (hereinafter - CPC) on court proceedings to restrict individuals from visiting gambling establishments and participating in gambling in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Gambling" dated July 14, 2020 № 768-IX [1, 2]. That is, Chapter 2-1 of Section 4 of the CPC currently provides a mechanism and procedure for consideration of such cases, as well as restrictions for an individual to visit the relevant institutions to protect the property rights of her and/or family members.

(National Aviation University, 2022-04) Pylypenko, K.A.; Пилипенко, К.А.
The professional knowledge of a lawyer is required when it is necessary to apply the law, to restore the rights of the victim, to prosecute the perpetrator, and even when it is necessary to draft a professional legal act, to execute an act of investigation and registration. In this work, we would liketo consider the issues of procedural complicity, procedural succession and their importance. As is known, subjects of civil litigation are participants in legal proceedings related to arbitration and the resolution of civil cases. It is usual to classify all participants in civil proceedingsinto certain groups (parties) according to their attitude towards the case before the court and their procedural role in this case.
