Accounting and reporting of the small businesses

The world experience proves that the small businesses is a key component for developing a state economy. That is why relationships between small business entities and the state should be based on parity. Government support for small businesses allows not only successful and profitable business activity, but also it creates additional workplaces and increases the solvency of the population. For the development and sustainable functioning of the small enterprises, we need clear, easy-to-use and understandable accounting schemes to guide sustainable operations. So, it is necessary to form a single accounting information system that includes accounting, tax accounting, operational and technical accounting data which represents objective information.
Classification of flows in the context of intellectualization economic systems` logistics management

Modern economics, as a rule, considers logistics as the science of flow management in large economic systems, which operate in conditions of constant transformations and uncertainties due to both internal and external factors (political conflicts, crises, market transformations, changes in business needs, etc.). Based on the above, it can be argued that the flow in the context of logistics management of economic systems can be considered as a set of objects that form a single whole phenomenon that exists as a process over a period of time and can be measured in absolute units over a period of time.
Destructive factors of influence on enterprise`s financial and economic security

Economic theory knows a number of definitions of "threat", "crisis" and "factor", which are closely related when it comes to the question of ensuring the financial and economic security of the subject of economic activity. Threat in a broad sense is understood to mean a strong negative impact that arises from the danger, which is many times exacerbated by internal and external destructive factors. Thus, the question of consideration of possible destructive factors which can influence enterprise`s financial and economic security is actualized. Factor (from the Latin “factor” - one that does) - is the cause, the driving force of any process, the phenomenon that determines its nature or individual features [1]. In the context of this study, the factor is the reason that exacerbates the danger, turning it into a threat to enterprise`s financial and economic security in a market economy. This definition, in our opinion, most fully reflects the essence of this concept in relation to the security characteristics of any enterprise.
Features of formation airport`s competentive advantages on the global air transportation market

The competitiveness of the national economy is directly related to the competitiveness of the transport industry, and therefore the competitiveness of each airport. According to the methodology of the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI), calculated by the World Economic Forum, high-quality and modern infrastructure is considered a basic requirement for of global competitiveness. The competitiveness of the airports’ production infrastructure determines the factors that shape the economic system at different levels. A developed and efficient production infrastructure of international airports is one of the necessary conditions for ensuring the efficient functioning of the economy. Around the airports are often located trading companies, logistics centers, which allow air transportation to reduce overall transportation costs. They also given positive impact of the production infrastructure of international airports on productivity and economic growth. Its competitiveness can be determined by assessing the economic impact (economic impact), calculating the direct, indirect and induced economic results for the airport. The economic effect is expressed through employment, sales revenue, employee income, tax revenue, investment, etc., and shows the share of air transportation and multiplier effects in GDP.

The aviation sector of the national economy of Ukraine is one of the most science and capital-intensive and requires the application of strategic approaches to determining the priorities of strategic development. Ukraine is one of the few countries in the world with a full cycle of aircraft development, and occupies a leading position in the world market in the development and production of transport and regional passenger aircraft, as well as passenger traffic. The order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 10, 2018 № 429-r approved the Strategy for the revival of national aircraft construction for the period up to 2030.

The aviation industry of Ukraine at this stage of operation is in a pre-crisis state, which is due to the deformation of the sectoral air traffic management system due to the transition to a market economy and the intensification of integration processes at all levels. Public authorities do not fully contribute to the creation of conditions for the effective operation of air transport companies, so they are forced to solve the main tasks of flight and air transport without sufficient financial support from the state. As a result, airlines are forced to reduce their costs while trying to maintain the quality of services at a competitive level and look for innovative ways to further economic activity. In the process of finding new opportunities to improve the efficiency of aviation enterprises, it is important not only to implement proper management based on corporate knowledge, which is inherent in enterprises, but also to find new approaches to learning new knowledge on the basis of which it is possible to provide would be able to adapt to the transformational conditions of the market environment. Such results can be achieved by using the technology transfer process.
Аналіз стабільності сучасних підприємств в умовах нестабільності зовнішніх факторів

Економічна стабільність підприємства стає одним із визначальних факторів його функціонування в сучасних умовах. У зв'язку з цим роль і значення аналізу та пошуку факторів підвищення економічної стабільності для самого підприємства та його контрагентів значно зростають. Поняття фінансової стійкості підприємств з точки зору їх функціонування та працездатності привертає більше уваги з боку теорії вивчення питання та практичного застосування. Це стає особливо важливим для організацій української економіки через затяжну зміну орієнтованості діяльності компаній на західний ринок та відхід від взаємозв’язків з Російською Федерацією, а також в зв’язку з пандемією, яка безумовно сколихнула всі підприємства та стала своєрідним каталізатором стійкості компаній до зовнішніх факторів впливу.

Сучасний стан глобального розвитку країн зумовлює перебудову ринкової економіки на нову, так звану, цифрову економіку – тип економічних відносин, де основними факторами виступають цифрові дані й технології, які є головним ресурсом при їх використанні. Такі перетворення економіки мають назву цифрової трансформації (цифровізації), яка пояснюється як зміна наявних продуктів, бізнес-процесів і моделей на більш технологічні, автоматизовані, тобто впровадження цифрових технологій у всі сфери життя людини. Ці світові зміни породжують проблему перебудови в сфері менеджменту підприємств, впровадженні таких виробничих технологій і використанні нових методів передачі даних, які вимагають якомога меншого втручання людини у цей процес, економлять час, збільшують продуктивність праці, в результаті чого формуються нові конкурентні переваги підприємства.

Економічний розвиток будь-якої країни напряму залежить від функціонування банківського сектору. Задля зміцнення і покращення економіки країни, банківська сфера має бути стабільною та надійною. Цього можна досягти завдяки успішній реалізації стратегії розвитку банківської системи, проведення монетарної політики та ризик-орієнтованого нагляду НБУ. Формування банківської системи України відбувається в умовах дії загальносвітових глобалізаційних процесів. Соціально-економічна нестабільність в країні протягом останнього періоду, недосконалість правових та організаційних засад функціонування банків як ділових підприємств негативно позначилися на їх фінансовій стійкості і ринковій вартості. Комерційні банки здійснюють свою діяльність залучаючи вклади та депозити, тобто формуючи власні кошти, які вони спрямовують на операції з кредитування, держави та громадян, випуску кредитних засобів обігу. Розглянемо більш детально переваги та недоліки депозитного обслуговування в Україні.
Проблеми фінансових інновацій банківського сектору України

Цифрова економіка та стрімке поширення новітніх технологій зумовлюють кардинальні зміни фінансового сектору, що особливо очевидним стає на рівні трансформації відносин центральних банків, депозитних корпорацій, фізичних та юридичних осіб. Додатковим поштовхом у розвитку інноваційних послуг в банківській сфері стала пандемія COVID-19, що на початковому етапі призупинила впровадження фінансових технологій (FinTech), внаслідок негативних очікувань та введення режиму жорсткої економії на рівні фінансово-кредитних установ. Однак, тривалість пандемії та об’єктивна загроза здійснення звичних операцій у відділеннях банківських установ створили умови за яких, впровадження інноваційних фінансових технологій стало запорукою ефективної діяльності на висококонкурентному ринку світових фінансових послуг.
Тенденції авіаційної промисловості, пост COVID-2019

Криза, що спіткала світовий ринок авіаційних перевезень, позначилась і на індустрії авіабудування. Лідери ринку вже сьогодні змушені призупиняти виробництво авіаційної техніки та вживати оперативні заходи що до її модернізації з урахуванням нових вимог до запобігання вірусних загроз та впровадження додаткових заходів гігієни. Ці вимоги включають не тільки технічне переоснащення виробництва планерів, а й впровадження додаткової дезінфекції робочих місць, основного та управлінського виробничого персоналу авіабудівельних заводів. Наступною тенденцією, що негативно вплинула на ринок виробництва авіаційної техніки стало падіння цін на нафту. Високі ціни були одним з найважливіших чинників, які впливали на розробку літаків - поява нового покоління лайнерів Airbus A-320NEO і Boeing 737MAX, наприклад, була обумовлена створенням нових більш економічних двигунів. Тепер, як вважають деякі експерти, після різкого зниження цін на нафту і скорочення світового авіапарку потреба в нових, більш економних літаках вже не стоїть так гостро.
Інноваційна інфраструктура в єврорегіонах

Інноваційну систему держави можна розглядати як сукупність її регіональних складових - регіональних інноваційних систем. Національна інноваційна система в цілому повинна мати єдину законодавчу базу та бюджетну політику, а гнучкість цієї системи необхідна для своєчасного пристосування до динамічних внутрішніх та зовнішніх умов. Інноваційний потенціал є складовою соціально-економічного потенціалу регіону. Інноваційний потенціал регіону можна визначити як сукупність науково-технічних, матеріальних, фінансових, людських, інституційних та інших ресурсів регіону, які можуть бути використані для інновацій. Він містить такі елементи, як технічний прогрес, інституційні форми, пов’язані з механізмами науково-технічного розвитку, а також інноваційну культуру суспільства, його сприйнятливість до інновацій.
