In addition, the policy can be distinguished between domestic and international, on an object, local, regional, national and others. However, not all components of the State environmental policy are realized harmoniously and balanced. Now international environmental policy is out of sights of scientific exploration and its institutional support. International environmental policy practically was not studied from the perspective of economic mechanisms of formation and from the standpoint of regulatory and methodological support of its implementation.Item ADS-B Satellite Communication Channel Based on IEEE 802.16 Standard(De Gruyter Open, 2017-12) Kharchenko, Volodymir; Grekhov, Andrii; Kondratiuk, Vasyl; Nagorna, KarinaOriginal models of “Aircraft-Satellite-Ground Station” communication channel based on IEEE 802.16 standard were built by using MATLAB Simulink. The influence of aircraft transmitter nonlinearity for different types of fading in the channel (Rayleigh and Rician) was studied and the possibility of correcting nonlinearity by using pre-distortion was revealed. The impact of space-time diversity (MISO 2 × 1) for different types of fading in channels was investigated. П.; Конин, В.В.; Олевинская, Т.И.; Харченко, Володимир ПетровичPurpose: Two algorithms have been considered in this article. Both of them make possible to improve aircraft navigation efficiency during landing by satellite navigation system signals. The first algorithm describes creation of two reference planes in space using measured coordinates of four points on the runway and the subsequent calculation of the aircraft horizontal and vertical angular deviation from these planes. The second algorithm describes an autonomous integrity control in the aerodrome area when four satellites are visible. Methods: methods of experiment planning, analytic geometry and linear algebra have been used. Results: obtained a new experimental data. Discussion: The results of experimental research of the first algorithm showed the principal possibility of deviation calculation in this way. It is shown that implementation of this technology will make it possible to increase the efficiency of small aircrafts navigation during landing at aerodromes and landing areas that are currently not equipped with radio equipment for instrument landing. The results of research of the second algorithm showed that it allows reducing the number of satellite navigation system failures and also enhances navigation efficiency. For example: automobile transportation at a distance of 1,700 km takes 1 day, while the aviation transportation at a distance of 13,000 km take again about 1 day. In turn, the advantages of road transport are high maneuverability, mobility and regularity of transportation and small capital investments compared to costly financially aviation transport.Item Analysis of Soil Tillage by Ploughs and Optimisation of Their Aggregation(Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, 2018) Novakovska, Iryna; Bulgakov, Volodimir; Rucins, Adolf; Dukulis, ImarsThe mechanical and technological aspects of the impact of ploughing upon the soil fertility have been analysed, as well as the frequency of its crumbling and restoration of the strength of the structure in the arable horizon under the current conditions of agricultural farming. So, a decision on the need for ploughing with a mouldboard plough is not taken every year, but when the soil structure coefficient of the upper layer (8-10 cm) is less than 0.67. A rational of use of mouldboard ploughs with coulters (or application of double-depth ploughs) is substantiated. Scientifically-grounded recommendations for the aggregation of the ploughing machine-andtractor aggregates have been presented. It made it possible to define information systems with a similar feature set, to assess the degree of similarity and the matching degree of the means from the "standard" model of risk management system, that considers the recommended ICAO practices and standards on aviation safety, to justify the advisability of decision-making support system creation, using imprecise model and imprecise logic for risk analysis at aviation activities. Imprecise models have a number of features regarding the possibility of taking into account the experts’ intuition and experience, the possibility of more adequate flight safety management processes modelling and obtaining the accurate decisions that correlate with the initial data; support for the rapid development of a safety management system with its further functionality complexity increase; their hardware and software implementation in control systems and decision making is less sophisticated in comparison with classical algorithms.Item APPLICATION OF PLANT ESSENTIAL OILS FOR IMPROVING AIR QUALITY IN THE LECTURE-HALLS OF UNIVERSITIES(Національний авіаційний університет, 2018-11-30) Bilyk, Tetiana; Lukianenko, Nataliia; Vityk, Karina; Havryliuk, OlesiaPurpose: The general goal of the article is to analyze air contamination of lecturer-halls by microorganisms and to investigate antimicrobial activity of plant essential oils for improvement of ecological state of indoor microflora. Methods: For determination of the total number of microorganisms and assessment of air microflora contamination, Sedimentation method (Koch’s Pour Plate method) was used. The colonies of microorganisms were calculated according to the V. Omelianskii rule. Statistical processing of data made on the Microsoft Office Exel (with adequacy 95%). Indicators of standard deviations were calculated by conventional procedures. The morphology of microorganisms was studied on microscope "Mikmed 2" (with zoom × 1500). The impact of plant essential oils on chosen strains of microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus UCM B-904, Pseudomonas aeruginosa UCM В-907, Escherichia coli UCM B-906) was estimated with the help of disc-diffusion method. Results: The round, white, yellow with a matte or shiny surface and with a smooth edge of the colonies of microorganisms were identified during the investigation. By the morphological features, microorganisms were gram-negative bacilli or gram-positive cocci. It has been established that the efficiency of plant essential oils appears in small concentrations and during of its increasing it changes insignificantly. In the research of antimicrobial activity of essential oils with the help of disco-diffusion method, it has been determined that the essential oils of lavender and eucalyptus have antimicrobial activity against to all the strains investigated. Conclusions: It has been investigated that investigated essential oils (lavender, eucalyptus, and juniper) inhibit the microorganisms to increase in the concentrations 5-15 mcl/m3 and can be used as the effective method of air treatment. Plant tests to be susceptible to contamination by mixed aviation fuels in the early stages of plant germination have been found. Indicator plants with mixed aviation fuels that respond to low fuel content in the soil at the approximate permissible concentration level have been established. The specificity and sensitivity of phytotests (Lolla Rossa lettuce and Rudolph radish) were revealed, which indicates the possibility of their use for the toxicity assessment of oil-contaminated soils.Item Assessment of the ecological status of small rivers in urban areas.(USEFUL online journal. The study used an ecosystem-basin approach, statistical processing of data. S.Дослідження нейронних мереж зробило перспективний розвиток за останні роки, і нейронні мережі стали популярною темою, особливо в галузі досліджень штучного інтелекту. Це особливо стосується того, що за допомогою нейронних мереж, можуть бути розроблені системи штучного інтелекту, які базуються на принципі навчання людини і моделюються на основі обробки інформації нервовою системою. У той же час, це відносно складна і абстрактна область досліджень, яку дуже важко зрозуміти новачкові в цій галузі. Як наслідок, ця важлива та перспективна сфера ще недостатньо поширена, особливо в промисловому секторі. Кілька років досліджень дали уявлення про архітектуру та характеристики людського мозку як системи керування і показали, що контролер з нейронними мережами має значні переваги перед звичайними контролерами. Нейроконтролер може ефективно обробляти набагато більший обсяг інформації. Ще одна дуже важлива перевага полягає в тому, що хорошого регулювання можна досягти, вивчивши його. У цій дипломній роботі слід розробити стажувальний експеримент для вивчення ефективності роботи нейроконтролерів у нелінійних електроприводних системах. Для цього призначені дві системи приводу з каскадним регулюванням швидкості. Сухе тертя відзначається в одній із цих систем, а сухе і в’язке тертя - в іншій. Для контрольованої системи кожної системи додана зворотна нейро-модель. Тоді отримана зворотна нейромодель вбудована в систему за методом “Прямий зворотний контроль” і використовується як регулятор швидкості. Функція передачі послідовного з'єднання зворотної моделі та керованої системи повинна прагнути до такої у використаному методі. Таким чином, можуть бути компенсовані наявні нелінійності в системі.
