Item Adsorbents modification for sulphur compounds’ extraction from petroleum products(International scientific conference «Membrane and sorption processes and technologies” – Kyiv. This is proved by sufficient for statistically grounded conclusion number of researched patterns. While the surface modification by the ions of copper the specific reaction ability of modificated adsorbents should be expected. Copper is good desulphoagent and traditionally used as a promotional adding to catalysts of oil-refining processes.Item Analysis of rocket fuels and problems of their application on the example of Ukraine(2020) Trofimov, Ihor; Boichenko, Sergii; Shamanskyi, Sergii; Трофімов, Ігор; Бойченко, Сергій; Шаманський, СергійThe object of research is the problems of rocket fuel application, the state of art and prospects. These problems are characteristic of almost the entire range of brands of modern rocket fuels suitable for application. These are problems with the basic physic-chemical and operational properties, technical requirements for the quality of rocket fuel, problems with the functioning of the refueling infrastructure, as well as ensuring the purity of rocket fuels. Given the ban on the use of highly toxic poisonous rocket fuels based on nitric acid, there is a problem of replacing them with less toxic. This problem is aggravated by the lack of production of their own petroleum-based hydrocarbon rocket fuels in many countries. In general, it leads to acute problems with the supplying spacecraft and rocket carriers with rocket fuels. In particular, such a problem arises in Ukraine with Ukrainian-made missiles. The constant attention to the problem of the aviation and rocket fuels quality results from many factors. The research has used a comprehensive approach to fuel quality assessment, analysis of world experience, synthesis of results and retrospectives, historical-evolutionary and logical approach. High level of fuels purity provides high reliability, safety of flights, increases technical resource of engine units. Therefore, expenses for achievement and maintenance of necessary level of purity of fuel and working liquids are quite justified. The result of the research is a classification of liquid rocket fuels based on their component composition and chemical structure. Requirements to energy, kinetic, operational characteristics, ecological and economic properties of liquid rocket fuels (LRF) are formulated. Given the unsatisfactory environmental conditions, the use of kerosene as a rocket fuel is more relevant compared to heptyl rocket fuel. Jet fuels T-1, T-6, T-8B are well suited for space technology of many countries, but very few countries can produce them. Purchasing in neighboring countries is not always possible for a number of reasons. Comparative analysis shows that liquid rocket fuel RP-1 in most respects is an analogue of jet fuel T-1 and T-6 and can be used as a substitute for rocket carriers. However, the problem of development of standards and regulations on quality control of LRF during their storage and operation is not solved. In particular, there is no clear regulation for the process of refueling LRF missiles at low temperatures. There are no regulations on the content of free and dissolved water and mechanical impurities in the LRF, unlike aviation fuels. One of the promising types of rocket fuels are hydrogen fuel cells. The results of the research can be applied in the field of spacecraft operation, as well as refueling infrastructure and cleanliness of rocket fuels. The research results can also be used by chemical experts, specialists in the field of operation of refueling and storage of LRF.Item Application of activated palygorskite in the processes of petroleum products cleaning(XI Polish-Ukrainian Sym-posium “Theoretical and Experimental Studies of Interfacial Phenomena and their Technological Appli-cations”. – Krasnobrod – Zamosc: Poland. Application of natural alumosilicates for this purpose is economically sound, because these minerals have ommensurable properties and are cheaper than synthetic adsorbents; besides, there are large deposits of these minerals in Ukraine.Item Comparative characteristics of proprties of jet fuel bio-additivies based on plant oils(Politechnika rzeszowska, 2019) Yakovlieva, Anna; Boichenko, Sergii; Boshkov, VasiliyThe work is devoted to the investigation of basil physical-chemical properties of various bio-additives for jet fuels was studied, in particular fatty acids methyl esters and fatty acids ethyl esters of rapeseed oil and fatty acids ethyl and fatty acids iso-butyl esters of camelina oil. The modern situation in aviation industry and its impact on environment is shown. It is found that properties of bio-additives significantly differ from properties of conventional jet fuel and, thus, they can't be used as a complete substitute of jet fuels. It is possible to use bio-additives to substitute jet fuel in quantity up to 30 %. Praca poświęcona jest badaniom wlaściwości fizykochemicznych bazylii dla różnych dodatków biologicznych do paliw lotniczych, w szczególności estrów metylowych, kwasów thuszczowych i estrów etylowych oleju rzepakowego oraz izobutylowych oleju Iniankowego. W pracy pokazano nowoczesną perspektywę w przemyśle lotniczym i je wplyw na środowisko. Stwierdzono, że właściwości biododatków znacznie ráżnią się od wlaściwości konwencjonalnego paliwa do siiników lotniczych, a zatem nie mogą byé stosowane jako calkowity substytut paliw odrzutowych. There are different forms of ingress of magnesium to the human body. One of the most effective forms is magnesium citrate. Active using of magnesium citrate as food additive and pharmacological drug demands perfect knowledge and researches of its physicochemical properties and also the effect on human body. The world scientific literature describes two ways of combination of magnesium with citrate-ion. The first, when one magnesium cation is connected with one citrate-ion (1:1). The second one, when 3 magnesium cations are connected with 2 citrate-ions - magnesium citrate (3:2), trimagnesium dicitrate or trimagnesium citrate. The behavior of such compounds hasn’t been researched. The purpose of this study has been to research electrophysical properties of magnesium citrate (3:2) aqueous solutions. Methods: The behavior of magnesium citrate in the aqueous solutions with different concentration has been by the methods of atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), conductometry and ionometry researched. For the research has been used the powder of magnesium citrate, which has been obtained by the method of aquananotechnology with gross-formula C12H10Mg3O14•14H2O. Results: Identified content of magnesium in analyzed solution has been 0,86 mg/l. In considering of dilution which has been made, it is ascertained the gross-formula of the substance and that 1g of given powder of magnesium citrate contains 86 mg of magnesium (8,6%). The medium of all researched solutions has been weak-acid, near-neutral. By the dilution of the initial solution pH value increases and then decreases to pH of bidistilled water. Value of molar conductivity at infinitely dilution for the magnesium citrate solution has been 534.32 S•cm2/mol, that points at the presence of large quantity of multi-charged particles. Discussion: As the result of the experiment by the method of atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) the gross-formula of magnesium citrate C12H10Mg3O14•14H2O, which has been obtained by the method of aquananotechnology, has been corroborated in practice. It is ascertained, that the salt is not very soluble in water, forms weak-acid solutions and is dissociable into the large quantity of multi-charged particlesItem Evaluation of the potential of commercial use of microalgae in the world and in Ukraine(2020) Pavliukh, Lesia; Boichenko, Sergii; Shamanskyi, Sergii; Jaworski, ArturThis paper aims to evaluate of the microalgae potential for commercial application, in particular to conduct experimental study of biogenic compounds removal from sewage waters by microalgae, and to calculate economical benefits from biofertizers and biofuel production. Experimental study in the concentration change of nitrogen and phosphorus compounds in the cultivation of Chlorella Vulgaris microalgae in various types of sewage water was carried out. The efficiency wastewater treatment by microalgae was confirmed. The economic benefit from the biomass utilization as biofuel production was calculated. Implementation of wastewater treatment technology with biomass recycling for biofuel and biofertilizers production will minimize the impact. As a results of experimental studies, the ability of microalgae to reduce biogenic elements in wastewater was confirmed. Microalgae can be used both for wastewater treatment to biogenic elements removal, such as phosphorous and nitrogen compounds, and biofuel, biofertilizers production. Prospects of the commercial use of microalgae are obvious. The essence of the work was the selection of such strains of microorganisms that were able to absorb hydrocarbons from solid, liquid, and gaseous petroleum products without the formation of toxic products. We propose to use the potential of microorganisms, which are characterized by wide adaptation reactions in different environmental conditions, in particular, a powerful synthesis of biologically active compounds. Specifically separated and researched microorganisms-fuel destructors allow the development of cheap technologies for the utilization of diesel and aviation fuel, which is quite cost-effective for oil refineries, transport enterprises, and fuel supply facilities.Item Improvement of air transport environmental safety by implementing alternative jet fuels(2019) Yakovlieva, A.V.; Boichenko, S.V.; Zaremba, J.The study is devoted to evaluation of exhaust gases emissions from aircrafts using conventional oil-derived jet fuel and alternative jet fuels, obtained by blending of conventional fuel with plant oil bio-additives. The evaluation was done by calculation of emission indexes of carbon dioxide, water vapor, sulfur oxide and nitrogen oxide and calculation of emission levels of each pollutant in a result of one standard landing – take-off cycle. In a result of the study it was found that samples of alternative jet fuels blended with plant oil bio-additives are characterized by lower emission level comparing to conventional jet fuels. These alternative jet fuels may also provide reduction of total emissions levels. Thus it was concluded that application of alternative jet fuels containing plant oil bio-additives may contribute to improvement of environmental safety of modern air transport.Item The influence of chemical modification on adsorption properties of natural zeolites(2016-09) Кустовська, Антоніна ДмитрівнаThe influence of decationization and dealumination on adsorption of water with rock from Transcarpathian deposit (Lypcha village, Ukraine) containing mordenite and clinoptilolite in the ratio 1:1 was studied. An important place in increasing the reliability of the equipment and increasing its service life is occupied by the wear resistance of the parts. During operation, intensive wear of friction nodes occurs as a result of significant loads, speeds and temperatures, exposure to aggressive environments and vibrations. One of the most economically beneficial ways to increase the durability of friction nodes in various machines and mechanisms is to improve the quality of lubricants, primarily their lubricating properties, which is achieved mainly by introducing anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction additives into them. The introduction of additives into oils and lubricants allows you to satisfy two main requirements of technology: increasing the service life (reliability) of machines and mechanisms; fuel energy conservation, because about 30 % of the energy produced in the industrialized countries of the world is ultimately wasted on friction. In recent years, one of the ways to improve the operational properties of materials is the use of nanomaterials - fullerene as additives to them, including as additives to lubricating materials. This is due to the fact that these compounds are unique objects from the point of view of electronic structure, physical and chemical properties. An extraordinary feature is also the fact that it is the only soluble form of carbon in hydrocarbon compounds, which allows it to be used in a variety of directions. Conducting experimental studies on the possibility of using fullerenes and fullerene-containing carbon black as anti-wear additives is a very relevant area of scientific work.Item Thermal treatment of charcoal for synthesis of high-purity carbon materials(Petroleum and Coal, 2020) Fedorov, Serhii; Kieush, Lina; Koveria, Andrii; Boichenko, Sergii; Sybir, Artem; Hubynskyi, Michailo; Foris, SvitlanaThe use of pure carbon materials in energy storage systems has the enormous potential for improvement of their performance. Among various carbon materials, natural and synthetic graphite is known to be the most widely used for batteries. Nonetheless, biomass as a good auxiliary carbon-containing material can also become a sustainable source of high-purity carbon material for this purpose. To examine these opportunities, a multistage technology comprised by pyrolysis of walnut shells and subsequent thermal purification of carbon residue at 3000 °C has been studied. В ході експерименту була досліджена адсорбція води з азеотропної суміші етанол - вода на кліноптилоліті в різних режимах процесу. Проведено порівняльне дослідження адсорбції води кліноптилолітом і синтетичним цеолітом з азеатропної суміші контактним способом.Item Абсорбційна установка очищення коксового газу від ароматичних вуглеводнів(Національний авіаційний університет, 2021-06) Онищенко, Павло ОлександровичЗі стрімким розвитком промисловості команда, відповідальна за управління підприємствами, які мають безпосередній вплив на розвиток коксохімічної промисловості та хімії в цілому, а також працівників коксохімічних виробництв часто зневажливо ставляться до питань екології, не приділяючи їм достатньо уваги. Стрімкий ріст забруднення та шкідливих викидів від коксохімічних підприємств можливо помітити вже зараз, досить лише звернутись до офіційних даних підприємств. Наприклад, ПАТ «АКХЗ» має долю викидів, що перевищують встановлені нормативами викиди, а також у декілька разів перевищують планові показники на викиди у 2021 році. На питання екології потрібно звернути особливу увагу, зважаючи на те, що викиди коксохімічних підприємств є дуже шкідливими для організму людини. Оксид азоту, сірки, чадний газ – усі ці речовини здатні завдати значної шкоди організму людей, на яких впливатимуть. Проте, у процесі коксування, окрім цих речовин, виділяються ще й ароматичні вуглеводні, що входять до складу кам’яновугільної смоли. Вони здатні завдати великої шкоди людям, на яких вплинули.
