    Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням дослідження проблеми формування готовності майбутніх фахівців з інженерії програмного забезпечення до професійної мобільності в освітньо-інформаційному середовищі технічного університету. За результатами проведеного в Національному авіаційному університеті педагогічного експерименту із залученням 158 студентів І-V курсів навчання підтверджено гіпотезу дослідження щодо залежності готовності студентів до професійної мобільності від таких організаційних і педагогічних умов: 1) розвиток позитивного мотивування студентів до навчання та майбутньої професійної діяльності з використанням інтерактивних методів та інформаційних технологій; 2) інтеграція структури та змісту курсу іноземної мови з професійною підготовкою, моделюючи професійну діяльність за допомогою змішаного навчання; 3) синергія психолого-педагогічного процесу з урахуванням професійної компетентності викладача.

    Geosynthetic Reinforced Interlayers Application in Road Construction

    The article is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and experimental data of the geosynthetic layers reinforcing functions and their functional interaction with other layers in the top dressing structure. The materials and results are presented in accordance with the basis of a project on a highway section reconstruction by means of geosynthetics. An optimal method for solving the main problem in road construction, being the impact of negative external factors causing the destruction of the pavement structure is studied in the paper. The essence of the method is impregnation of the synthetic material with a binding solution, in this case, a bitumen emulsion, which will ensure its good adhesion to asphalt concrete. Given the current trends in the road construction providing for the optimization of all processes in order to improve their operational properties and achieve maximum economic efficiency of the decisions made, the research on geosynthetic materials is relevant today.

    Research of properties on graphite conductive slag in asphalt concrete

    Conductive asphalt concrete can eliminate snow and icing on road areas, and is a research hot topic for intelligent snow removal. By adding graphite, the electrical resistivity of asphalt concrete can be reduced to achieve the purpose of electrical conductivity. However, the aggregate electrical resistance in asphalt concrete is very large and does not play a conductive role. It is a new technical idea to use steel slag with good electrical conductivity as aggregate to mix graphite powder with good electrical conductivity to prepare steel slag graphite conductive asphalt concrete (SGCAC). In this paper, the effects of steel slag and graphite on the conductive properties of steel slag graphite conductive asphalt concrete are separately explained, and then the conductive mechanism and electrical resistance stability of the conductive slag and graphite are studied.

    Steel slag asphalt concrete is one of the important components of asphalt concrete. There are some differences between the steel slag asphalt concrete and ordinary asphalt concrete. Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad, this paper systematically introduces the steel slag characteristics and excellent performance of steel slag asphalt concrete, summarizes the problems existing in the practical application of steel slag asphalt concrete, and provides references for its promotion and application.

    Successful experience of Еnglish school vocational guidance in the context of advanced educational approaches

    The article depicts the main aspects of vocational guidance in English schools where the problem of choosing future profession by young people has been successfully solved for many years. Good results in this educational sphere are achieved thanks to close cooperation between schools and businesses which are interested in bringing up future employees for their enterprises. In the article we also focus on new trends in vocational guidance and its impact both on various cohorts. Upgrading training is defined as a means of extending occupational proficiency in order to perform qualitatively higher grade occupational functions and achieve career advancement. Yet another popular and efficient vocational and educational guidance technique nowadays is distance education aimed at increasing the stimuli for people with higher education to achieve the positive impact in the current work system.

    ДО ПИТАННЯ ІНСТИТУАЛІЗАЦІЇ ГРОМАДЯНСЬКОГО СУСПІЛЬСТВА

    Здійснюється аналіз суспільно-політичних тенденцій в демократичних трансформаціях -- інституалізації функцій громадянського суспільства. Окреслені найбільш поширені уявлення про громадянське суспільство, висвітлюються особливості представницької демократії та прямої демократії учасницького типу в забезпеченні громадянських свобод, обмеження владних повноважень політичних еліт на користь самоврядування. Констатується, що представницька демократія не забезпечує можливість реалізації громадянами свого конституційного права суб’єкта влади. Стверджується, що за учасницької демократії більш ефективно розв’язується конфлікт інтересів у системі “держава – громадянин”, “необхідність – свобода”, забезпечується свобода волевиявлення через самоврядні інституції, що більш пасує ментальності українців. Безпосередня участь у владі дає реальну політичну свободу, розкриває екзистенційні мотивації громадянства, вивільняє суб’єкта від утиску суспільної необхідності, обумовленої представництвом партійної більшості у владі.
