Деякі аспекти розвитку авіаційного транспорту України в післявоєнний період

Abstract

Доведене значення авіаційних перевезень для забезпечення сталого розвитку економіки країни. Досліджені питання, щостосуються розвитку авіаційного транспорту в Україні. Зроблені акценти на необхідності конструктивного вирішення низки економічних, технічних, екологічних, кадрових питань та проблем з охорони та безпеки. Розглянуто окремі аспекти забезпечення роботи галузі авіаційного транспорту та науково обґрунтовані майбутні шляхи її розвитку у післявоєнний період. Доведено потребу у високорозвиненій транспортній системі як необхідний фактор забезпечення інтеграції до європейської і світової економіки.

The topicality of the topic is proven, which is due to many factors that directly affect the development of the aviation industry, in particular, air transport of Ukraine. The significance of air transport for ensuring the sustainable development of the country's economy is substantiated. Issues related to the development of air transport in Ukraine were studied. Emphasis was placed on the need for a constructive solution to a number of economic, technical, environmental, personnel issues and security and safety issues. In order to solve a number of problems of the aviation industry, examples of the implementation of technical problems, which are quite simple in theory, but extremely important and difficult when implementing them into the practice of enterprises, are considered and substantiated. After all, they need regular updating of equipment, because as a result of the development of scientific and technical progress, more advanced but expensive technologies are constantly appearing, which are not available to all aviation enterprises and require compensation of costs from the state. Among the many economic problems that take place in the activities of aviation industry enterprises, the special importance of large taxes has been determined. Conclusions were made about the need for an optimal combination of state regulation and a healthy competitive market. Some aspects of ensuring the operation of the air transport industry and scientifically based future ways of its development in the post-war period are considered. The main aspects of ensuring the work of the aviation industry of Ukraine in the post-war period are scientifically based, which is based on a systemic approach, the implementation of which will make it possible to adapt to changes caused by the influence of the external environment. The need for a highly developed transport system as a necessary factor for ensuring integration into the European and world economy is proven
