Educational and methodological complex on academic subject «Aviation Management»

Abstract

This subject is considered as the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a specialist in the field of logistics. The main aim of the subject is the mastering theoretical knowledge on logistics management and acquiring practical skills and abilities in using the principles and methods of aviation logistics management in the process of managing air transport and enterprises of various fields of activity to increase their stability, coordinate actions and resolve conflict situations.

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця в галузі логістики. Метою навчальної дисципліни є: оволодіння теоретичними знаннями з питань логістичного менеджменту та набуття практичних вмінь і навичок щодо використання принципів і методів авіаційного логістичного менеджменту в процесі управління повітряним транспортом та підприємствами різного профілю діяльності для підвищення їх стійкості, координації дій та вирішення конфліктних ситуацій.
