Навчально-методичний комплекс дисципліни «Організація оперативно-розшукової діяльності в авіаційній сфері» (спец.262)

Abstract

Метою викладання дисципліни є ознайомлення здобувачів вищої освіти з особливостями організації оперативно-розшукової діяльності в авіаційній сфері, розкриття її значення для охорони прав і законних інтересів осіб у кримінальному праві, для зміцнення законності і правопорядку в суспільстві і державі, отримання студентами фундаментальних знань і надання навичок у їх застосуванні. Завданнями вивчення навчальної дисципліни є: глибоке засвоєння студентами теоретичного матеріалу з основ оперативно-розшукової діяльності в авіаційній сфері; усвідомлення студентами основних положень, що регламентують оперативно-розшукову діяльність в авіаційній сфері; та правильне застосування знань на практиці щодо основних положень законодавства, що регламентуює оперативно-розшукову діяльність в авіаційній сфері.

The purpose of teaching the discipline is to acquaint students with higher education with the peculiarities of the organization of operative and investigative activities in the aviation field, to reveal its importance for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals in criminal law, to strengthen law and order in society and the state, students to acquire fundamental knowledge and provide skills in their application. The tasks of studying the academic discipline are: in-depth assimilation by students of theoretical material on the basics of operational and investigative activities in the aviation field; students' awareness of the main provisions regulating operational search activity in the aviation field; and the correct application of knowledge in practice regarding the main provisions of the legislation regulating operative investigative activity in the aviation field.
