dc.description.abstract | 17th of March 2023, the International Criminal Court (hereinafter ICC) finally took a step closer to find publicly guilty the president of russia Vladimir Putin and Maria Alekseyeva Lvova-Belova for committing the unlawful deportations of children and transfer them from the occupied territory of Ukraine to Russia [1]. ICC based on Article 8(2)(a)(vii) treated these actions as unlawful deportation or unlawful commitment and found Putin as individual bearer of criminal responsibility. | uk_UA |
| uk_UA |
