Удосконалення моделювання бізнес-процесів АТ Страхової компанії ТАС

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення підходів до планування бізнес-процесів підприємства на ринку фінансових послуг для компанії АТ «СК»ТАС». У вступі підкреслюється важливість обраної теми дослідження, визначені цілі та основні завдання, а також визначено предмет та тему дослідження. У першому розділі представлені теоретичні підходи до моделювання бізнес-процесів організації на основі АТ “СК “ТАС” : принципи та значення, класифікація моделей бізнес-планування на підприємстві, методичні підходи до оцінки ефективності. У другому розділі йдеться про фінансово-економічну та господарську діяльність АТ «СК»ТАС» , аналітичну оцінку її діяльності, аналіз фінансово-економічних показників та оцінку її впливу на моделювання бізнес-процесів організації. У третьому розділі викладається інформація про формування напрямків удосконалення моделювання бізнес-процесів АТ “СК “ТАС” , визначення напрямків удосконалення моделювання бізнес-процесів, соціально-економічна ефективність запропонованих заходів.

Thesis is devoted to the development of practical recommendations for improving approaches to planning business processes of the enterprise in the financial services market for the company JSC "SK" TAS ". The introduction emphasizes the importance of the chosen research topic, defines the goals and main objectives, as well as defines the subject and topic of research. The first section presents theoretical approaches to modeling business processes of the organization on the basis of JSC "IC" TAS ": principles and meanings, classification of business planning models at the enterprise, methodological approaches to assessing efficiency. The second section deals with the financial and economic and economic activities of JSC "IC TAS" , analytical assessment of its activities, analysis of financial and economic indicators and assessment of its impact on the modeling of business processes of the organization. The third section presents information on the formation of areas for improving the modeling of business processes of JSC "IC" TAS ", determining areas for improving the modeling of business processes, socio-economic efficiency of the proposed measures.
