Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця з менеджменту. Метою викладання дисципліни є формування у майбутніх фахівців системи теоретичних знань і набуття практичних навичок у сфері розробки бізнес-планів підприємств та інвестиційних проектів, використання їх як інструменту стратегічного управління підприємницькою діяльністю.

This discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a management specialist. The purpose of teaching the discipline is to form in future professionals a system of theoretical knowledge and acquisition of practical skills in the development of business plans of enterprises and investment projects, their use as a tool for strategic management of entrepreneurial activity.
