dc.description.abstract | Concepts such as "culture" and "language" (in the sense of speech as a means of communication) are applicable only to people. Without the grafting or education of such a person becomes a poorly adapted creature, practically an animal. The famous Mowgli, which was written by Kipling is not a fiction, but a reality that is still found today. A person becomes a person only in the human community. From birth, everyone “absorbs” all the achievements of the available environment. We can say that a "cultural layer" is applied to the animal base. This “layer” is very different in different communities. | uk_UA |
