Integrated logistics activities management of an engineering company

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study the theoretical foundations and problems of integrated logistics activity management in engineering companies and to develop project recommendations for conducting reengineering of business processes in logistics operations of the engineering company. The subject of the investigation is the integrated logistics activity management of the company, process engineering, operational activities and warehouse processes in the logistics system of Steiner Ukraine, the coordination in the business processes of the company and coordination among participants of logistics process. The object of the research is the business activity of the engineering and consulting company Steiner Ukraine. Methods of research are scientific inquiry, empirical, analysis and synthesis, modeling, expert assessments, induction, deduction, generalization. Materials of the thesis are recommended for use during scientific research, in the educational process and in the practical work of specialists of logistics departments.

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних засад і проблем управління інтегрованою логістичною діяльністю інжинірингових компаній та розробка проектних рекомендацій щодо проведення реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів логістичних операцій інжинірингової компанії. Предметом дослідження є інтегроване управління логістичною діяльністю компанії, розробка процесів, операційна діяльність і складські процеси в логістичній системі Steiner Ukraine, координація в бізнес-процесах компанії та координація між учасниками логістичного процесу. Об’єктом дослідження є господарська діяльність інженерно-консалтингової компанії «Штайнер Україна». Методи дослідження: науково-дослідний, емпіричний, аналізу та синтезу, моделювання, експертних оцінок, індукції, дедукції, узагальнення. Матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи рекомендовано для використання під час наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та практичній роботі спеціалістів кафедр матеріально-технічного забезпечення.
