Implementation of the recycling strategy in the cardboard and paper mill activities

Abstract

The purpose of the master thesis is the generalization of theoretical, practical analysis and development of scientific and methodological recommendations for the implementation of the recycling strategy in the cardboard and paper mill activities. The research aims to provide insights into the effectiveness of the recycling strategy, potentially uncovering opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the broader understanding of sustainable practices in the cardboard and paper industry. The subject of our research is the latest technologies that contribute to the implementation of the recycling strategy in the activities of a cardboard and paper mill. The subject encompasses an in-depth exploration of waste management systems, the utilization of recycled materials, and the overall impact of the recycling strategy on the environmental, economic, and operational aspects of the mill's activities. The object of our research is recycling in the cardboard and paper industry. Methods of research are scientific inquiry, empirical, analysis and synthesis, modeling, expert assessments, induction, deduction, generalization. Materials of the thesis are recommended for use during scientific research, in the educational process and in the practical work of specialists of logistics departments.

Метою магістерської роботи є узагальнення теоретичного, практичного аналізу та розробка науково-методичних рекомендацій щодо реалізації стратегії рециклінгу в діяльності картонно-паперового комбінату. Дослідження має на меті надати уявлення про ефективність стратегії переробки, потенційно відкриваючи можливості для вдосконалення та сприяючи ширшому розумінню екологічних практик у картонно-паперовій промисловості. Предметом дослідження є новітні технології, які сприяють реалізації стратегії рециклінгу в діяльності картонно-паперового комбінату. Предмет охоплює поглиблене вивчення систем управління відходами, використання перероблених матеріалів і загальний вплив стратегії переробки на екологічні, економічні та операційні аспекти діяльності заводу. Об’єктом дослідження є вторинна переробка (рециклінг) в картонно-паперовій промисловості. Методи дослідження: науково-дослідний, емпіричний, аналізу та синтезу, моделювання, експертних оцінок, індукції, дедукції, узагальнення. Матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи рекомендовано для використання під час наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та практичній роботі спеціалістів кафедр матеріально-технічного забезпечення.
