Економіко-екологічні актуалітети експортного потенціалу підприємств авіаційного комплексу України

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано необхідність узагальнення правил та директив Європейського Союзу для формування вектору сталого розвитку експортного потенціалу авіаційних підприємств України з урахуванням екологізації як світової тенденції. Основоположним принципом цієї концепції є спів-відношення економіки та екології, іншими словами –паритет економічних вимог і екологічних критеріїв. Міжнародний статус екологічно безпечного розвитку України залежить від ефективності реалізації зазначеної концепції й на національному та регіональному рівнях, і на рівні суб’єктів господарювання. Науково обґрунтовано, що екологізація авіаційних підприємств потребує постійного відтворення наукових ідей, інформаційних матеріалів, технічних засобів і технологічних рішень для забезпечення умов розвитку експортного потенціалу й передбачає інтеграцію економічного зростання та екологічного імперативу.У безпосередньому процесі стратегії оцінки екологічних тенденцій на рівні держа-вних органів, а також у сегменті регіонів України опрацьовано інформаційний потік та інформацію щодо стану природного середовища, умов життя, діяльності й стану здоров’я населення країни: статистичні інформаційні джерела, доповіді науковців про природне середовище, інформацію законодавчих актів держави, результати експертних оцінок та інші доступні інформаційні джерела щодо екологічних пара-метрів, які характеризують ключові тенденції настання причин та профілактики екологічних ситуацій, ґрунтуючись на офіційній інформації державних органів із використанням адміністративно-інформаційних інструментів. Україна вживає необхідних заходів для інкорпорування в правову систему держави та імплементування вимог і стандартів ЄС. Сторони визнають важливість інвайронментальної безпеки під час розробки та впровадження авіаційної політики.Окреслено, що розвиток національної економіки та авіаційної інфраструктури Ук-раїни в післявоєнний період здійснюватиме вплив на зростання обсягів пасажир-ських і вантажних авіаційних перевезень, а отже, і кількості повітряних лайнерів у небі. Це неминуче призведе до збільшення шкідливих речовин у довкіллі. Безпосе-редньо сама система методів екологічної оцінки дала змогу пропонувати напрями та дії щодо забезпечення безпеки й охорони здоров’я людей. Узагальнено причини та заходи щодо впровадження європейського зеленого курсу, окреслені питання, які Україні потрібно модернізувати в технологіях на авіапідприємствах відповідно до європейських стандартів.Дослідження, технології та інновації є важливими каталізаторами конкурентоспроможності підприємств та стійкості економіки майбутнього, а повітряний транспорт є життєво важливим сектором нашого суспільства й економіки України. Підприємства авіаційного комплексу України є домінуючими посередниками європейської інтеграції та згуртованості шляхом забезпечення сталих важливих транспортних та зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків.

The article substantiates the need to generalize the rules and directives of the European Union for the formation of a vector of sustainable development of the export potential of aviation enterprises of Ukraine, taking into account greening as a global trend. The fundamental principle of this concept is the relationship between economy and ecology, in other words, the parity of economic requirements and ecological criteria. The international status of ecologically safe development of Ukraine depends on the effectiveness of the implementation of the mentioned concept at the national and regional levels, and at the level of business entities. It is scientifically proven that the greening of aviation enterprises requires the constant reproduction of scientific ideas, information materials, technical means and technological solutions to ensure the conditions for the development of export potential and involves the integration of economic growth and the environmental imperative. In the direct process of the strategy of assessing environmental trends at the level of state bodies as well as in the segment of the regions of Ukraine, an information flow and information on the state of the natural environment, living conditions, activities, and health of the country's population were developed: statistical information sources, reports of scientists on the natural environment, information on state legislative acts, results of expert assessments, and other available information sources regarding environmental parameters that characterize key trends in the occurrence of causes and prevention of environmental situations, based on official information of state bodies using administrative and informational tools. Ukraine is taking the necessary measures for incorporation into the legal system of the state and implementation of EU requirements and standards. The parties recognize the importance of environmental safety during the development and implementation of aviation policy. It is outlined that the development of the national economy and aviation infrastructure of Ukraine in the post-war period will have an impact on the growth of the volume of passenger and cargo air transportation, and therefore the number of airliners in the sky . This will inevitably lead to an increase in harmful substances in the environment. The very system of environmental assessment methods made it possible to propose directions and actions to ensure people's safety and health. The reasons and measures for the implementation of the European green course are summarized, the issues that Ukraine needs to modernize in technology at aviation enterprises in accordance with European standards are outlined. Research, technology and innovation are important catalysts for the competitiveness of enterprises and the sustainability of the future economy, and air transport is a vital sector of our society and economy of Ukraine. Enterprises of the aviation complex of Ukraine are the dominant mediators of European integration and cohesion by ensuring stable important transport and foreign economic connections.
