| Abstract: | 17th of March 2023, the International Criminal Court (hereinafter ICC)
finally took a step closer to find publicly guilty the president of russia Vladimir
Putin and Maria Alekseyeva Lvova-Belova for committing the unlawful
deportations of children and transfer them from the occupied territory of
Ukraine to Russia [1]. ICC based on Article 8(2)(a)(vii) treated these actions as
unlawful deportation or unlawful commitment and found Putin as individual
bearer of criminal responsibility. 17 березня 2023 року Міжнародний кримінальний суд (далі – МКС) нарешті зробив крок ближче до визнання публічно винним президента Росії Володимира Путін і Марія Алексєєва Львова-Бєлова за вчинення протиправних депортації дітей та переміщення їх з окупованої території України до Росії. ICC на основі статті 8(2)(a)(vii) розглядав ці дії як незаконну депортацію чи незаконне взяття на службу та виявив Путіна як особу носій кримінальної відповідальності. |
