Methodological foundations of legal communication in the context of european integration processes

Abstract

The article deals with the methodological principles of legal communication in the conditions of Ukraine's integration into the European space. It is proved that legal communication is a means of ensuring a dialogue between the state and citizens, and it acts as a regulatory and social constructive factor of social development. The conclusion on the necessity of introducing new forms of legal communication of interaction between the authorities and society in accordance with European standards is made.
