The 21st century can truly be considered a century of aviation: the number of airplanes as well as passengers is steadily increasing. However, at the same time the passengers’ concerns about their safety are also growing. Despite the fact that air transport is not considered the most dangerous means of transportation, most people are afraid of flying, due to frequent accidents, falls and terrorist attacks on board. That means air transport involves certain risks, some of which can cause death or injury to passengers. That is why international and domestic laws that regulate air transportation traditionally contain norms that determine liability for death or injury to a passenger.uk_UA
