Явище синонімії в соціально-економічній термінології

Abstract

У статті аналізуються різні підходи до явища синонімії в термінологічній лексиці. На основі фактичного матеріалу зроблено висновок, що терміни-синоніми у межах соціально-економічної термінології існують; виділено дублетну, семантичну, квазі-, одно- та різнокореневу синонімію. Автор дійшов висновку, що в наукових текстах синоніми не завжди відіграють деструктивну роль, тому при загальній небажаності, синонімія в термінології може бути й корисним семантичним процесом.

This article analyzes the various approaches to the phenomenon of synonymy in terminological lexicon. In particular, it is said that some scientists ( Akhmanova A. , B. Golovin , H. Kobrin , L. Veklynets ) consider, that synonyms in terminology do not exist but terminology doublets are available. According to the author opinion, researchers, denying the existence of terminological synonyms not take into account the complexity and wealth of formal and conceptual sides of terms as the special signs of language and agree with the opinion, that the phenomenon of terminological synonymy is not limited by dublets (D. Lotte , J. Kvitko , V. Lejčik , L. Symonenko and others). Since a single and standard classification of terminology synonyms is not established yet, the article analyses the types of synonyms, the most commonly used in modern socio-economic termionology. In particular it is emphased the doublet, semantic, quasi -, one-and diffrent root synonymy. Synonymous semantics in the studied group of lexicon is transmitted not only lexically, ie by the value of diffrent-root words, synonymous in many cases, are and cognate terms arising due to semantic and functional proximity of derivational affixes. In the studied term systrm synonymous are terms-phrases equivalence values of which is based on synonymy of term-element, that belong to their constituents. The author concludes that in scientific texts the synonymous not always play a destructive role, so regardless the general undesirability, synonyms terminology may be a useful semantic process
