| Короткий огляд (реферат): | In the article the authors have considered the legal aspects of sale of the Moon and other celestial bodies and purchasing of these objects by natural persons in modern Ukraine. The legal side of this question was discovered. The legal consequences of this type of legal relations were analysed and described. It was discovered the importance to carry out general social functions of law in the sphere of the investigated problem by the state to defence the rights and legal interests of the citizens of Ukraine. |
